Christine McLaren has spent twenty-five years working in human resources and marketing communications. She has worked in several different kinds of organizations, including corporations and nonprofits in the areas of financial services, food production, insurance, technology, and risk management. Despite her many years in business, McLaren approaches each new position as a unique opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute. McLaren lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with her husband, Chris, and twin daughters.
Kelly McCleary has spent three decades as a finance executive. During her work with four different companies, she has seen executives with amazing leadership styles and others who were completely toxic. Her experience has helped her develop her own style. McCleary strongly believes that being a boss isn’t the same as being a leader and that leadership is a skill you should always continue to hone. McCleary lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, Russ, and their three children.
