Edition limited to 250 numbered copies signed by the author. Illustrated with photogravures by Jan Goodman of photographs by Berenice Abbott. Typeset by Michael and Winifred Bixler, printed by Wild Carrot Letterpress on a Magnani paper. Book and slipcase in fine condition. Quarter black moroccco with cloth-covered boards, cloth-covered slipcase lined with Ultrasuede.
