You Can Do That! : Bullets of Wisdom & Motivation and How to Use Them to Have, Do, or Be What You Want

This writer--with a background of motivation experience-- circumnavigated the world, over two years, on a small sailboat, alone.

Book includes standout covers, circumnavigation route map, and over 50 quality color photos + descriptions on high grade paper throughout.

Is like a Life's Little Instruction Book, but bigger; it sets the reader into action, provides a personal library of more and stronger "bullets" of motivation, and includes a sailing adventure theme. The reader is shown how to zero in on what he or she wants to have, do or be; how to get it and how to stay excited. (If you don't take control of your life, other people or events will control it for you.) These themes appeal to a broad reader interest.

Born in Buffalo, NY, the author lives on a hill with his wife Carolyn, in central Oregon. Virtually everything he has earned has been on commission. Dealing with the ups and downs of direct sales, and starting each month again at zero, meant keeping motivated. He had consistently read, collected and written motivation.

One day at work there was a contest to see who could best match everybody with their anonymous written dream. The author had dreamt of sailing oceans. After realizing that no one in the group would likely realize those dreams, and that he could work later but might not sail oceans later, he went to his boss and asked for the time off to do that. The boss asked, "OK. How much time? A few months?" The author replied, "About three years."
