Hardcover Signed and inscribed with no personalization by the author on the ffep. Gray boards with maroon lettering on the spine and stamped emblems on the cover. Includes b/w illustrations, Notes and Index, 406 pages. A errata page is laid in. The DJ is in Good + condition with the exception of slight fading on the front wrapper, chipping on the top/bottom of the spine with several open and repaired closed tears, protected now in brodart.
