Signed by Chalmers, on front free endpaper. Hard back, with dust wrapper. Some light thumbing of boards. Gently handled. Page edges are evenly and well discoloured. Some pages thumbed, free endpapers bear some discoloration and general signs of age, otherwise this book is in good condition. Dust wrapper thumbed. Spine sunned. Edges handled, several small chips and tears. Minor light indents on dust wrapper when held to the light, otherwise in good condition. *We try to describe the faults of our books meticulously but they usually present better than they sound.
