About the Author

Elizabeth Tidwell is an author of historical fiction and political intrigue, who lives just south of Charlottesville, Virginia. War Club captures the two loves of her life-guiding visitors through Thomas Jefferson's home, Monticello, and traveling to new places. Her travels along the Lewis and Clark trail took her to the Northern Plains of the United States for the first time where she carried out a frequent travel objective, finding and experiencing the unusual. And she marked five more states off her list of 50, also driving to Alaska in between two expedition-related excursions.
