Artist-Signed Limited Edition 1303 of 1500. Book is in spectacular condition for its age. There are some minor cosmetic imperfections that are apparent in the photos, but otherwise it is a very solid (nearly 70 year old) book. The slipcase is even in good shape (see photos). Rest assured that there are no marks, tears, embossed seals, bookplates or any other conspicuous defect to the book that is not photographed.

Welcome to Settembrini’s Selections. Like Thomas Mann’s Herr Settembrini in The Magic Mountain, we hope to influence your thoughts toward the positive ideals of the enlightenment, humanism, democracy and tolerance.Let’s face it, though, we also want to bring you entertainment that is just fun. As a result, our fabulous Easton Press, Folio Society, and other fine books are not all that you will find here. Sometimes, you will also find comics, pop figures, toys, and miscellaneous other collectibles that make us happy. Our heartfelt wish is that your time here, and the products you take from here to your home, will make you happy too!…
