About the Author

Janet Sever Hull grew up in Elkhart, Indiana and is a graduate of Purdue University. She has been writing since the age of 16 and is the author of many stories. She was first published nationally in The School Press Review Magazine in November of 1977 when she was a senior in high school. That year, her story, From Tennis Team To Wheelchair Life, won a nationwide literary contest for high school students. Which Came First? was published in April of 2016 and is the second book she has written. Her first book, The Button Box, was published in 2014. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Corinth, Texas and are the parents of four adult children. She is currently working on her third book with illustrator Vicki Killion Guess, about the day a turkey went to school. You may visit the author at janetseverhull.com
