(spine faded and with some scuffs and edgewear, faint speckled soiling to small areas of verso). Menlo Park: The Linus Pauling Institute of Science and Medicine, (1979). First edition. Slight edgewear to spine ends, still a very good(+) copy in a very good(+) dust wrapper. Signed by Linus Pauling on front free end paper, but top edge is cut off just above Pauling's signature.
