Leather spine and corners show considerable wear. Pages are all attached. Author (Secretary of State) has inscribed the book on first pastedown and has, unfortunately, practiced calligraphy on FFEP and inside back cover and last free endpaper. Otherwise pages are clean. Frontispiece as map of Iowa with populations by county. Not a reprint. See our photos.
