This is a softcover program from the April 27, 1983, ceremony in the U.S. House of Representatives for the unveiling of the official portrait of Rep. Dan Rostenkowski, late chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means. It is signed by Rostenkowski on the title page and is in fine condition with one very small tear at the top of the back cover. This was part of the collection of Professor Robert Remini of the University of Illinois at Chicago.
