Sterling condition softcover copy, with unfurled tips, tight binding, and clean internals, showing only very slight shelf- and edge-wear to the printed card-stock wraps, protected in original publisher's glassine wraps. This copy has Enzo Cucchi's name signed on first free endpaper (maybe in dry-point?) front blank endpaper; this is the First English Edition and is comprised of nearly 30 provocative texts in Italian and English that Cucchi wrote 1977-1985. Also contains 16 reproductions of drawings and prints hors texte but that are of varying sizes and bound in irregularly. The editor, Mario Diacono, also contributed the Introduction and Peter Blum (the publisher), an Epilogue. Translation of the original Italian by Franco Martinelli.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.

Store description
Member, I.O.B.A. (the Independent On-line Booksellers Association) "Structure" versus "Agency." A phrase that has characterized much social-scientific debate. Does “structure” (the routinized regulations of kinship and marriage, work and reproduction, of race, class and gender) determine history, or is it the “agency” of fully conscious, independently acting, individuals? Structure, Verses, Agency Books isn’t going to solve the debate, but we’ll offer you lots of all three. Versus to verses—we specialize in fine, rare and collectible books, from the fine arts to the social sciences, from poetry to photography, from literature and ethnography to fine bindings and Americana. Structure, Verses, Agency Books…

Terms of sale
I've done my best to state clearly and truthfully the condition of each and
every book I have listed on-line. Sometimes, however, books change condition
insofar as they sit on the shelf for a long time, get moved by customers, get
taken to and from book fairs, and so on. If for some reason you don't like your
purchase or it arrives somehow damaged, or if it doesn't get to you at all, you
might be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If you've changed your mind about a book that you've ordered, please contact
me or use the "Ask bookseller a question" link to contact me and I'll respond
within two business days.

Shipping terms
Most orders will ship within one to two business days, but often times, they
will go out on the same day as they are ordered. I've based my shipping
costs on the assumption of books weighing 2.2
LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized (extra thick, extra
long, etc.), I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is
required. Bubble mailers and boxes will be expertly and securely wrapped and
monitored. Please contact us if there is anything extra or different you need us to do.
