Tidy copy of this delux edition limited to 1000 copies. Blue cloth is faded on edges. Blue leather spine is also faded with leather showing through. Contents are tight with some foxing, particularly to prelims and rough-cut page edges. 370pp. Frontispiece is signed and has original tissue. There are 2 other illustrations. The memoirs of Oscar Thorwald Johann Alpers, born in Denmark in 1867. He arrived in NZ at the age of 8 and 45 years later took his seat on the Bench of The Supreme Court as a Judge.
