In addition to maps of the United States, its regions, and individual states, there are also listings for 210 maps from General Sherman's own collection that detail troop movements, fortifications, and more. Maps are indexed under short title, as well as under battles, cartographers, places, subjects, printers, engravers, etc. The reproductions are excellent. For Civil War and cartography collections.
