A collection of eleven works by Louis Tracy bound in four volumes, containing his romance, adventure, detective, and sci-fi works, each work with the original colourful wraps bound in.Two of the works are signed by the author, 'Rainbow Island' and 'The Revellers'.Volume I contains:'Princess Kate', published in 1905 by T. Sealey Clark and part of their 'Kingsway Series'. A very scarce work.'The Sirdar's Sabre', published in 1906 by T. Sealey Clark and part of their 'Kingsway Series'. A scarce work.Volume II contains:'Rainbow Island', published by Ward, Lock & Co., Limited, undated. Illustrated with a frontispiece, and two plates, by Fred Pegram. Inscribed by the author to the half title. "To T. S. Chambers, a most excellent pal of the Channel Islands, with all good wishes from Louis Tracy. 11, Clifton Gardens W.9 August 1926. Rebound in a cloth binding, with the original wraps bound in. Externally, smart. Very light bumping to the head and tail of the spines. Only a few minor marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. A small amount of wear to the rear wrap of 'Sirdar's Sabre'. Small tide mark to the first few pages of 'Rainbow Island'. Scattered spots to 'Pillar of Light'. Near Fine.
