Oversized hardcover with dust jacket. Bound in gray cloth over boards with blue lettering on spine. Covers are clean with minimal wear. DJ is clean and glossy. Binding is tight and secure. Pages are clean, crisp, and bright with mild toning to edges. Printed in B&W with illustrations throughout by Charles Dyker. 526 pages. Copyright page dated 1993 and 1994. Signed by author in black ink on half-title page, just below printed title. A very nice copy. Please email with questions or to request photos. Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
