Pristine third printing of the revised edition of this exhaustive study first published in 2000 -- and with two choice autograph additions: Tipped to the front flyleaf are two matching heavy stock 5" X 3" card signed by two cast members from the beloved 1952 John Wayne comedy/drama: At top SEAN McCLORY (1924-2003; portrays Owen Glynn) signs in black fineline. Very good. Faint vertical fold; below this RUTH CLIFFORD (1900-98; portrays "Mother," uncredited) signs boldly in blue fineline, dating it 30 August 1989 at upper right. Fine. Laid in is the perfect bookmark: McClory's original transmittal envelope.
