Signed by the author as well as artist Rovina Cai. Condition: the books, solander case and artist portfolio are all in fine condition. Production details according to the publisher: PAGES: 201 TRIMMED PAGE SIZE: 240 x 170mm PAPER: 160gsm Madrid Litho mould made paper PRINTING: Letterpress in black and red throughout BINDING: Fully bound in black, hand marbled goatskin PRESENTATION: Tipped in 16 colour plates plus over 25 black and red letterpress silhouettes. Silk marker ribbon SIGNATURES: Neil Gaiman (author) and Rovina Cai (artist). The Lettered edition is fully bound in black goatskin leather which has been hand marbled by Freya Scott of Paperwilds. The title is foil blocked in gold on the spine and there is a foil blocked red thread across the front and back boards. Silk ribbon marker. Silhouette endpapers. The book comes in a square spined, fully bound, black leather solander box with six passes of foil blocking across the cover. The inside of the box is lined with grey suede and in the small tray is a small frame cut-out with a foil blocked leather panel beneath. The trays are covered with black cloth. Inside the box is also a cloth quarter-bound portfolio with marbled face papers. The portfolio contains the full collection of colour prints from the book as well as an original sketch by the artist.
