''The Rowe Hillmaster lorries and buses were made in Cornwall from 1954 to 1962. They were custom built specifically for the West Country although they were soon a common site on British roads and a number were exported to Spain, Canada and New Zealand. This the only history ever published tells the story of some of the 120 vehicles which were produced, the greater portion of which are shown in the 72 pages containing about 200 photos ( most of which have never been published before).''
