Do You Have to Cross the Street to Get to Heaven

What others are saying... " 'Do You Have to Cross the Street to Get to Heaven?' is Shayla Rice Dugan's personal journey through the pregnancy and death of her dear daughter, Caitlyn. As a healthcare professional, I appreciated her honest and heartfelt description of her experience as a patient and mother. We, in healthcare, have a lot to learn from mothers like Shayla and their stories. I highly recommend this book." - Josie Trejos, MSW, Hospice of the Valley
Pediatric Outreach, Phoenix, Arizona "This is one of the most heartbreaking and inspiring accounts of prenatal death that I have ever read. The Dugan's loss of Caitlyn and their grief over her loss is told in a heart warming and honest manner. The reader will experience a gamut of emotions; from the depths of despair to sidesplitting laughter . This book should be in every obstetricians office and in the library of every hospital where there is a labor and delivery ward. Kudos to S. Dugan on a job well done!" - Alison Mosca, full time mom to Sarah, Kate, and Jonathan, and
eternal mother to angel Ben born into Heaven at 18 weeks gestation
