Alyssa Raven Fowler is a 2013 graduate of Hood College and has a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Archeology, with a focus in Studio Art.
Alyssa was diagnosed with high-functioning autism when she was three and a half years old. After overcoming the challenges and obstacles of her diagnosis, Alyssa strives to be a role model for others to continue reaching for their dreams.
Alyssa first developed the idea of the Cryptic Casters book series during her senior year at Tuscarora High School. Her concepts were based on her interests in mythological creatures, cryptids, and the paranormal. Movies, TV shows, books, and video games in the Fantasy genre also served as sources of inspiration.
She currently lives with her parents, her older brother, and her dog, Ginger.
