Deed SIGNED BY EDSEL as President of Ford Motor Co. selling a piece of land in the Springwell section of Detroit, Mich to the Pennsylvania-Detroit Railroad Co. for $1.00. In part "…….whereas first party (Ford) has been and is constructing a two barrelled subway under the railroad tracks of Pere Marquette Railway Co. for the purpose of accomodating pedestrains going to and fro between the tracks of the Detroit United Railway Co….". Also signed by numerous other oficials from both companies, etc.
