Signed and inscribed by author on second page. Second printing. Hard cover and dust jacket published by Smiths in 1952. Black covers with off-white lettering on spine. Top and side edges of pages have foxing, as well as the endpapers. Spine is slightly cocked. Book is in good condition. Dust jacket is tanned along spine, has a tear at top in back, and is worn at top of spine. DJ has some scrapes along front edge and is in good condition. 8vo, 596 pages, 1.7 lb.; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 596 pages; Signed by Author.
