Wedemeyer in Göttingen, außerdem der Akademie zu Kassel. 1855-66 als Lithograf und Autor von Fremdenführern in Hamburg und Bremen tätig. 1866 Übersiedlung nach Berlin. 1868/69 Alben zu Stralsund, Greifswald und Stettin in farbigen Lithografien.
