Tall octavo, xxi, [1], 206pp; x, [207]-425pp, [3]. Yellow buckram spine over printed boards. Green and gilt spine labels. Housed in the publisher's slipcase, lightly bumped top corner, a near fine example. Illustrated with 16 full-page color plates by Robert Shore. Designed by Ted Gensamer and printed by Case, Lockwood & Brainard. One of 1500 numbered copies signed by Shore on the limitation page, this being number 85. (Newman & Wiche 429) (LEC 436).
