15pp. Stapled pamphlet containing the full text of Lowenthal and Comitas's article from a 1962 issue of The Geographical Review. Signed on the cover by Comitas in red ink, dated 1968 and inscribed to his cousin Kitty, 'Only because you're my cousin Kitty, with my compliments.' Contains notes by Comitas in the margins in red at various points in the text. One of his first notable publications, the article appeared in the same year he received his PhD. Uncommon. Size: 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall.
