Hosting the Easter Seals Telethon for 18 years, he helped raise more than $600 million for "handicapable kids," as he called them - and has been friendly with every US president from Eisenhower through today. He recently made the biggest "deal" in history on the television program Shark Tank, developing a car that runs on compressed air, and has written 8 published articles on nuclear fusion, not fission, as being the ultimate answer to the world's energy needs.
