Contains (xxii), 270, + ii pp with 26 full-page single-sided monochrome plates and 58 figures in text. Hinges cracked, rubbing of the cloth across the spine ends and corners, bubbling of the cloth to the front board. SIGNED by the author to the front free end paper 'Presented by the author - Rev. H.
