Printed circular. Single sheet folded to 26 x 20.5 cm. [3] pp. of text, signed in type by A.A. De Metz, Secretary. The circular states that the board has finally managed to regained control of the company's property in America, having wrested control from Mr. Davis and his agents who had been illegally holding it. Now the board, on advice of their solicitors, needs to make changes to the Articles of Association, and pass a resolution to borrow money. An urgent meeting will be called for Feb. 23 at the Cannon Street Hotel in London, and those members and shareholders unable to attend are requested to send their proxies. There are positive reports on the mine: "Mr. Lockwood, a Mining Engineer of undoubted repute in Salt Lake City. testifies to the satisfactory condition and future prospects of the Mine, that the amount of the Ore to be raised is only limited by the hoisting facilities, and that the quality of it is such as to render it a subject of eager competition amongst smelters." Folded as if for mailing. No copies found on OCLC. …
