Quarter blue cloth with spine label and grey paper-covered boards, tall 12mo., 20 pages, four illustrations. One of 100 copies without the leaf printed for Glen Dawson by Roger Levenson at his Tamalpais Press. Warmly inscribed by Shaffer to collector Dr. Harvey E. Starr. A near fine copy with offsetting from the illustrations and light use to covers.
