1939. First Published. 342 pages. No dust jacket. Signed by the author. Red cloth. Signed by the author with dedication to front free endpaper. Black and white photographic plates throughout. Pages and plates are lightly tanned throughout. Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed netting, front board is loose. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends.
