Hardcover. First Edition, First Printing. First Printing Near fine in purple cloth covered boards with black text on the spine. An octavo of 9 by 5 7/8 inches with the cloth on the spine mottled. In a very good, unclipped dust jacket with an ugly coffee stain at the upper edge of the front panel of the dust jacket which did not leak on to the front board. Signed, inscribed and dated "March 29, 1984 at Cape Cod, Mass." on the first free end page. 204 pages of text including an index, selected bibliography, chronology of Atlantic "firsts".
