In a fine clear acetate dust jacket. Both the book and its jacket are contained within a near fine, paper covered slip case. One of an unspecified number of limited edition copies. This copy is signed, inscribed and dated by the author on the fly title page in heavy black pen. 255 pages of poems and text. Illustrated with several sections of black and white photographs. An extremely clean, tight and bright copy with no prior ownership markings of any kind.

Delivery within the US: $16.00 for Priority delivery for 1st book $5.00 for each book thereafter. $5.00 for Book Rate (Media Mail) for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.
Canadian or Overseas Deliveries will be at cost. Connecticut residents please add 6.35% state sales tax.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG.
