William Reid VC (21 December 1921 - 28 November 2001) was a Scottish recipient of the Victoria Cross. He earned his Victoria Cross as a pilot in the Royal Air Force Bomber Command during the Second World War. | Air Chief Marshal Sir Peter Ted Squire, GCB, DFC, AFC, DL, FRAeS (7 October 1945 - 19 February 2018) was a senior Royal Air Force officer. He was a fast jet pilot in the 1970s, a squadron commander during the Falklands War, and a senior air commander in the 1990s.
