First Day Cover honoring Supreme Court Justice Hugo L. Black. Issued in 1986 and signed by six Supreme Court Justices: William Rhenquist, Byron White, Lewis Powell, Clarence Thomas, John Paul Stevens and Anthony Kennedy. Hugo Lafayette Black (1886 %u2013 1971) was an American lawyer, politician, and jurist who served as a U.S. Senator from Alabama from 1927 to 1937 and as an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1937 to 1971. A member of the Democratic Party and a devoted New Dealer. Black endorsed Franklin D. Roosevelt in both the 1932 and 1936 presidential elections.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Books of "average" size might be sent overseas via Global Priority Airmail for $35.00 each volume, but oversized or overweight books must be sent by other methods or carriers, and will almost certainly cost more, depending on the actual weight.
