"Reprinted, with additional material, 1965", Inscribed to a former owner, Signed and Dated "Ritz Hotel Paris Sept - 7/66" on dedication page, toning to edges of text block with very light soiling to top/bottom edges, mylar enclosed dj shows edge wear, light soiling and some scuffing to folds - 5/8", 3/4" and 21/4" tears along top edge and 1/4" tear with associated 7/8" crease to bottom left and 7/8" crease to bottom right of front panel - 13/8" x 11/2" x 1/2" with associated 3/8" tear, 5/8" x 5/8" x 3/8" pieces missing and 1/2" tear along top edge with 13/8" wide x 5/8" deep piece missing, 1/4" and 3/4" tears with associated short creases along bottom edge of rear panel - 1/4" tear with short creasing along top edge and several very short tears and 2 very small chips to bottom edge of spine - a very small chip each to top/bottom of fold rear panel to flap - 1/4" tear to top and a very small chip to bottom of fold front panel to flap - 2 vertical creases to front flap, original price intact in Great Britain currency, Introduction by Dermont Wilson, illustrated with numerous drawings and black & white photographs.
