Condition: Very Good+. Slipcase: Good. SIGNED BY AUTHOR. No. 194 of 249 signed copies. Half bound green morocco with dark blue cloth. 5 raised bands on spine. Gilt design work. Top gilt with deckled fore and bottom edges. Minor rubbing to hinges. Binding solid and true. Pages clean and clear. Endpapers illustrated with beautiful river scene. Includes 6 color plates within and many additional B&W illustrations. Suite of additional loose plates is no longer present. Original green slipcase included. Edges of slipcase show wear and two edges are detached. Indexed. 640 pages. Wonderful volume.
