Hardcover with illustrated DJ. Blue cloth boards with gold lettering on spine. No date on title page. Copyright page dated 1985. Stated Fourth Impression. Unpaginated. DJ is clean and glossy with bright illustration along the covers. $13.95 price printed at top right corner of front flap of DJ. Very light shelf wear along top and bottom edges of boards. Gold lettering on spine is shiny and legible. Pages are neat and colorfully illustrated. Binding strong and tight. Very Good condition. Signed by Rafe Martin on the title page with a one word inscription made out to "Ted and Annie", dated November 11th, 1987. Please contact us with questions or if you would like to see photographs.
