Jenkins on the front paste-down endpaper. 412 pages with maps, tables and charts, plus separate packet with four maps and twenty-five plates, [plate five missing] all housed within a illustrated paper covered heavy board slipcase. The book, somewhat dulled on the rear cover, is near fine, plates and maps are fine, and slipcase os mear fine.
