Oversized hardcover with dust jacket. Bound of blue cloth over boards with red lettering on spine. Covers are clean and free of wear. Binding is tight and secure. Pictorial DJ is clean and glossy, free of wear. Pages are clean, crisp, and bright. Color pictorial section between pages 204 and 205. 313 pages. Title page dated 2005. Copyright page dated 2005. Signed by William B. Styple in black ink on title page, just to the right of his printed name. A very good copy. Please email with questions or to request photos. Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
