Signed and illustrated by Jacob Lawrence with eight full-page silkscreen prints, each requiring between 17 and 21 screens. Bound in midnight blue, Japanese cotton covered boards. Printed with wide margins on a heavy, textured, handmade Italian paper. A tissue guard facing each print. In a clamshell box covered with black linen and lined in suede. With original Monthly Letter laid-in. Both book and box are in fine condition, just very slight rubbing alone top edge of box. A great production. This very heavy and oversized book will likely require an extra shipping cost.
