Slipcover shows nearly imperceptible spotting, mainly visible when tilted to the light; no other signs of wear. No date on title page. Copyright page dated 1988. 304 pages. Color photographs in the text; pages crisp and clean of marks and tears. Light foxing to all edges. Overall very good condition. White, gold and green United States Historical Society bookplate affixed to half title page, stated "Presentation Edition No. 295/500" and signed by Arnold Palmer.
