Included is the pamphlet for the Signed Limited Editions, "Notes from the Editors." Also included is the original packing box. A superb copy of Mary McCarthy's best known novel. We accept payment with credit card through the ABEBOOKS system, wire transfers,
International Postal Money Orders or bank drafts in either Canadian or U.S. Funds.

Books will be shipped at cost. Books overseas are sent at cost via either surface or air mail at the customer's request. Other shipping
