As the title of this book suggests, when it comes to finding healing and establishing a long-lasting positive shift, it’s not what you think. The thinking, or conscious part of our mind is limited and often incorrect. Our individual truth is mostly based on our emotions and subconscious programs. To heal the past, enjoy the present and feel enthusiastic about the future, it’s not simply what we think that will make a difference. Permanent change begins as soon as we take our initial thought pattern to another level of awareness where we feel different about ourselves and truly believe it. This book describes the components of Marcel's special healing approach and it explains its process.
