Book size is 8 3/4" x 11 1/4" Hardcover book with dustjacket. Condition for this book is very good with former owner's name and info (?) blacked out on the title page. The jacket is in very good condition with edge wear, small nick and tear top of spine, light crease to back cover along top near spine. 168 pages with b/w and a few colour photos. --- "In this volume focus has been given to the homes of Port Perry and Prince Albert along with others in old Reach Township and the former Scugog Township, today's Scugog Island (Ontario, Canada).".
