] Hardback, large quarto, 9 1/4 x 12 1/4 inches, [xi] + 259 pages, Near Fine in perhaps VG+ dj (dj in mylar). SIGNED by both Miller (dated 23 April 1978) and Witt on title page. Head of spine lightly bumped. DJ: 3 small tears back panel with one tiny ship out, light wrinkle at head of spine + quarter-inch chip out of front panel at upper corner. DJ surface wear only to back panel and only very light. Many figurines shown in colorful close-ups. RWR5 Antiques Collectibles.
