Oversized Hardcover with pictorial DJ. Burgundy boards with gold lettering on front cover and spine. DJ contained inside a Brodart sleeve. No date on title page. Copyright page dated 1991. 152 pages. Very Good condition. Binding clean and tight. DJ glossy and unmarked. Signed by the author with a short inscription on the title page. Priority mailing is for a Flat-Rate envelope, with tracking included.
