Signed by editor, Jim Rikhoff. Number 253 out of 1000 copies published by Amwell Press in 1995. Black leather (textured to be spotted) with gilt design of leopard on front and gilt lettering and designs on spine. No dust jacket. Edges of pages are gilt-covered, silk moire endpapers and gold bookmark attached to headband. Corners of covers have slight rubbing, and spine is slightly loose from binding. Book is in very good condition. Slipcase has slight wear at the corners and is in very good condition. Large 8vo, 509 pages, 3.2 lb.; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 509 pages; Signed by Author.
