Two volume limited edition numbered slipcased set. 208 and 208 pp. Ill. The best writings from these and other authors. Books and slipcase are both fine. In addition each volume is signed and presented by both authors with a special presentation plate inside both front covers. The sets are scarce likely because so many were specially presentation and do not return to the market.
