White slipcase with illustrated cardback jacket on verso and recto and gilt lettering at spine, cellophane dust jacket, brown leather over boards with gilt illustrations and lettering, gilt top edge, introduction by Louis Untermeyer, number 559 of 1500 copies signed by the illustrator. Very good slipcase, light foxing and discoloration mainly to top edge, very good cardback jacket, light fading to spine edge and some spotting, near fine overall, pages timetoned.
